Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, MyHealthySelfy will accept returns for a limited period and for specific reasons. All returned product(s) must be unopened, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and be in a re-sellable condition. However, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED or the return will not be processed. There is also a 15% restocking fee. We do not cover the cost of the return label or refund outbound postage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable Any order discrepancies must be reported to info@MyHealthySelfy.com within 15 days from the shipment date. The email needs to include an INVOICE#, ORDER#, and the SKU# or UPC# of the items received in error. Pre-approval for returns must be received by MyHealthySelfy within 15 days from the shipment date of the product(s). Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting Candice@MyHealthySelfycom for a RMA #. The RMA # must be assigned by MyHealthySelfy before the product(s) is returned. We will provide you a warehouse address to return the product(s). Any product defect issues past the 15 day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the product(s). Once we receive your returned product(s) and they are approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. If the product(s) is damaged please report to us immediately at Candice@MyHealthySelfy.com. Please keep the original shipping carton and packaging materials for inspection. MyHealthySelfy may request photos of the damaged product(s). Replacement orders or refunds may be denied if photos are not provided.We will then issue a replacement for your damaged item(s) or issue a refund once everything has been approved. Any returned product(s) that arrives to MyHealthySelfy opened, used or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. We will notify you of the rejected returns via email, and you may request the product(s) be sent to you at your expense, plus a service fee. MyHealthySelfy does not process product(s) exchanges. Once the product(s) is returned unopened and unused within the designated time period as mentioned above, then a refund will be issued and you may then place a new order for the item you would like.
