Return & Refund Policies





Product Returns 



We do not accept returns due to the nature of the types of products we sell. We are unable to accept any returns for buyer's remorse in order to protect the safety of our customers and workforce. We recommend checking the product description, packaging, and reviews of an item before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding, as our customers and workforce safety is our main priority in protecting them. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refused/returned orders.








Product Refunds 



Any order discrepancies such as missing an item or receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect must be reported to us within 15 days from the shipment date to candice@myhealthyselfy.com. The email needs to include an INVOICE#, ORDER#, and the SKU# or UPC# of the items received in error, as well as photos of the item and packaging.

Please wait until your request is approved before discarding any damaged boxes, packaging, or products, as we may request extra information to help in the processing of your request.
